About

Hey friends! I’m Kacie, born just outside Philly but proud to call Sussex County home since ’95. After graduating as valedictorian from Woodbridge High and earning my degree from York College, I spent nearly a decade in the restaurant world before finding my true calling—helping families achieve homeownership. In 2018, I became a licensed Mortgage Loan Officer, and to date, I have helped over 1,000 families find their "happy places" and earn a piece of the American Dream. Community means everything to me—I serve as a Past President on the board of Sussex Strong, volunteer with Women’s Council of Realtors and Habitat for Humanity, and when I’m not working, you might find me at the Brandywine Valley SPCA loving on shelter pups. Home is Milford, DE, where I live with my amazing husband, Justin, and our furbaby, Jamison Flynn. Looking so forward to working together!
