Eric Sprenkle grew up in Pierre, SD, and graduated from South Dakota State University with a degree in Sociology and a minor in Economics. Eric started originating HUD 184 loans in 2002 and he was instrumental in the development of the HUD 184 program within Wells Fargo. His experience working with tribal members, tribes, and Tribal Housing Authorities has been a key component in the success of the HUD 184 program. Eric looks forward to growing his business along with having the opportunity to work with 1st Tribal Lending.
