The whole process was so fast, and we were given several ways to communicate with the team. I think this is a positive thing, but in some ways, it also led to some confusion. While I would still rate the overall experience very high, we have given some feedback surrounding Requests from different people on the team that may not be vetted by Ken. Every request on our side had a cascade of actions to meet that request timely. To find out that we did extra steps or provided something that wasn’t actually needed or something was requested of us that wasn’t needed, it was at times, frustrating. It also would’ve been great to just have one point person other than Ken. I believe we had two if not, three. Sometimes emails went to the wrong people just because there are some duplicate names on the lending and the realty sides. I think overall the platform was a value ad because of ease of uploading, although it did feel like there were a few requests for documents that we had previously uploaded into the “other documents folder”. I think working out these little kinks would take my review from a 4.5 to a five star so overall they were minor but worth paying attention to if competition out there is fierce.
