Also, providing source of funds was involved and having my wife make a gift was likely easiest way through this, but still a little clunky. Overall, felt Dee Dee and Josh were a pleasure to work with, highly competent, and provided the best deal/value they were able all considered, and most importantly, got loan financed timely although stuff was not easy!
I will be referring my friends and family to you!
