Initial expectation is that rate would be "somewhere between 5.75% and 6.0%" and it ended up being 6.125% based on Nathan's credit score being lower than initially thought/assessed. Also, providing source of funds was involved and having my wife make a gift was likely easiest way through this, but still a little clunky. Overall, felt Dee Dee and Josh were a pleasure to work with, highly competent, and provided the best deal/value they were able all considered, and most importantly, got loan financed timely although stuff was not easy!
