I think it would help to have a pre approval checklist of items you will may need to locate for underwritings has their conditions. I would let the buyers know what to watch out for regarding bank account transactions to minimize inquiries about charges or withdraw on your past 3 month account summary. Having this information will help prepare the buyer and know what items they may need to locate. Divorce degrees, Command letters of employment ect
