Closing was a little bit stressful, a good bit of it was circumstantial, but not having my final closing numbers until 4pm on Monday, when we closed at 9am on Tuesday, was not a great experience. To be wiring a large sum of money under pressure added a good deal of stress to my closing experience. Otherwise, I enjoyed working with Maddy and the team at RVA Mortgages!

Maddy made the entire loan process so easy and simple. She was very responsive to any questions that came up during the process, explained all the steps beforehand and guided us through each leg at a time. Couldn’t recommend anyone better!

Maddy was genuinely incredible. As anxious first-time homebuyers trying to navigate a complicated VA loan, we felt supported 1000% of the way. Maddy was receptive and quick to answer questions, very kind, and matched our energy in a way that felt warm and welcoming. 10/10 would (and will!) recommend.
