In addition, I’m impressed with the way her and my realtor partnered to get my closing costs so low. With all the added costs you assume you’ll pay at the end, my closing costs were no higher than what was estimated in my initial communication with Sam. The bank teller who provided my cashiers check told me that she doesn’t typically see closing costs that low. I appreciate Sam working hard provide any credit she could and make the numbers work for me.
