If any helpful I could add, it would be near the end of the transaction, we weren't sure who was doing what, or what had to be done first. Signing, or walk through, or if title schedule the closing, or you, etc. I know we made it more difficult by being in two separate states, but that would be the only thing to give more clarification on in future home closings. :-)
