It is evident that Anna is passionate about what she does. As a chronically curious person, I was thrilled that Anna and her team were willing to take the time to explain the intricacies and vacillations of the financial world that rumbles along largely unnoticed in most of our day-to-day lives. Her enthusiasm is contagious; her competence is unquestionable. She is without doubt a master of her profession. The members of her team I interacted with reflect and amplify all these characteristics. If someone were to tell me they had the option of working with Anna Smith's team and elected not to, it would permanently affect my opinion of their judgement. I have no notes.
