An amazing experience! We were nervous and stressed about the home buying process but the quick work and communication from the Ben Lemon team made it a breeze.

I very grateful to work with good people starting with my realtor Josh and getting involved with his circle of friends. My only wish if I’ve known of the first due payment before I would suggest to push my first payment to October and esspecially I’m only in the house for 15 days and I’m making a full payment by September. I thought I would get a good deal on that because we have sellers time to move out.

We had a lot of ups and downs with this company. We had a really hard time with communication in the beginning and throughout the process. They did fix what problems we brought up, but it was overall a difficult process

We’ve used this group on two separate occasions. Both times we had to delay closing for last minute issues. We would expect you to stay ahead of schedule And anticipate challenges with the underwriter so we can experience a smooth closing. This caused us considerable stress. I will not recommend or use this group in the future. Two strikes you are out.
