The initial communication with Garrett was good, Jonathan's communication and assertiveness was also really good. The amount of times I had to go back and forth with Jimmy however, was frustrating enough to probably not recommend Movement Mortgage to a friend. I have bought a lot of properties and to have the amount of communications issues I had with Jimmy and the amount of things that were missed at the end really put a cloud over the experience. What made it worse, was that when I brought these things to his attention multiple times, nothing seemed to be addressed and that felt pretty unprofessional.
