My responses may have been better. I was unhappy and disappointed due to the information I received regarding the wire transfer of my funds. The directions received by me from your staff were followed exactly as received - the anxiety of the unknown as to where my funds had gone and receiving multiple calls from the realtor and the Banker's Title did little to alleviate the stress of wondering if there had been wire fraud on this transaction. The information I had received from my banking source told me it usually may take a maximum of two hours for the funds to be shifted and most times it is only a few minutes. The analogy I draw is going to a nice restaurant and everything is fine until it is time for desert and the service disappears. I learned something and it is my hope you do too.
