The local team was great. The fact that we had to sit in the closing office for an hour and a half on a Friday afternoon waiting for the head office to add a date to our closing paperwork, and then having to reschedule the closing to the following Monday since they weren't returning calls or emails, was a huge waste of time. Everything else went very smoothly though, and I'd still recommend the Locklear team for refinancing.
