We LOVED getting to work with Austin and Kelly. They were fantastic. Austin was so patient, flexible, congenial, and made us feel at ease and not like we were asking stupid questions. One thing that might be helpful for some clients, is an overall master checklist from A to Z of everything you need, especially in the contract to close stage. I realize most everyone is overwhelmed with information and trying to be timely, but we felt like a master checklist during contract to close would help us refer back to items. Kelly was extremely patient, and I think we could have been more helpful if we knew upfront what to expect in terms of items needed.
