This was just a rough overall experience. Communication seemed to be non-existent until I, as the buyer, initiated anything. Documents that I had sent were "not in my file." I do have to say that once Ross was helping manage our purchase, things went much more smoothly, and Jonathan was response to any questions or concerns, but in considering the whole process, I would have rather paid the extra money to not go through my builder's "preferred lender."
