I used this group from the advice of my friend who financed twice with you guys. He told me upfront that I would need to stay on y’all about tasks and seek additional information. I was incredibly disappointed with how many times I had to repeat myself through written and verbal communication only to be told that each person I spoke to had not yet heard that information. That is very frustrating and made me question my trust with this group. It nearly made me accept a slightly higher rate from a trusted bank. You guys had a good rate for my home, so I do appreciate that. You were quick to communicate which is good, but the quality of the communication was lacking as I had to correct closing documents even until the day prior (despite several communications). I appreciate your rate for my home.
