As a first time home buyer, my wife and I came in with little experience. We needed professional guidance and received little. The employee that worked with us seemed to not take it very seriously and was very nonchalant about the whole process. We were suppose to be listed as Trustees on the closing and we weren’t. When we asked Johnathan if that would be a problem he said “I’m pretty sure that’s not an issue”. We need a better answer than “pretty sure” when we’re talking about our money. We were recommended to use Garrett, we were given Johnathan and will not use your services again.
