Communication is not as expected. 1. The rate was locked without my approval. Garret told me that my acceptance is not required to lock in the rate but it would be better if both sides on the same page. 2.I was informed that locklear can match if i can get better quote from outside. But Jonathan didnt mention that i will loose seller credits. I spend my time and got better quote and then i got to know it can be done but i will lose seller credits. 3. Donella did good job, she was quick and responded to all emails in timely manner.
