Our experience with Locklear Lending Team was incredible. The level of responsiveness was outstanding and I felt genuine care from every team member. There was some stress with closing and frustration with being told we couldn't change the closing date, but could close in two different locations. Then after making plans for that were told the next week we couldn't close in different locations. We ended up moving the close date up and everything worked out, but the back and forth got stressful in that final week. My only other criticism was there were some optional things, like "points" and "mortgage insurance" that didn't feel presented as optional in early disclosures. Caitlin asked about both and we got clarity, but I had the wondering if the team would have brought it up if we hadn't.
