We initially dealt with Allison and she was wonderful! She answered all our questions and always got back to us quickly. However, we then got switched to Kelly and that wasn’t as smooth. She was asking for things already submitted, and requested new items that were never mentioned previously. I was trying to get everything needed as soon as I could and she didn’t seem to understand my pension. I informed her it could take some time to get things from Delta so to let me know as soon as possible so I could call them and I didn’t get a return answer for 3 days. It just seemed like things were confusing and not as attentive as when we were working with Allison.
