The initial process with Johnathan was really strong! He was personable, a strong communicator, and met me where I was in the home buying process which I really appreciated. As I was passed through the other people needed to run the loan across the finish line, this feeling dissipated. It transitioned to feeling much more transactional. I felt talked down to at times and the client facing communication became really harsh and tense. I was getting automated and emails and emails from staff which was some whatever overwhelming and not needed most of the time. The customer service aspect got dropped in a major way once I was out of Johnathan’s hands. I would say work on how you run the ball all the way to the finish line, the full experience matters!
