MM can improve the experience by offering market competitive rates. Throughout the locking process, the quotes provided were half percent higher than market. On last day MM did agree to adjust the rate to be more in line with market so worked out but I questioned the competitiveness of MM if I were to get another mortgage or recommend a friend.
