Everything went very smooth. The only thing that was a little concerning was the discrepancy in what was estimated to be the closing costs and what the actual closing costs were. 2,000.00 more than what was estimated. And at the beginning of the process we were told that the numbers that were estimated were high so having such a big discrepancy in the estimated and actual was a little shocking. We are just glad we have the extra money that we weren't planning
