Overall, the process was very smooth. Two small comments. 1) Ensure the buyer understands that someone new may be reaching out to them as there are a lot of people that reached out. You want to be sure the buyer feels safe sharing confidential info. 2) We reactivated a credit card with a very small line amount. Even if we maxed out the credit card, it would have had no implications to this deal. You may want to look at the situation and not make the buyer jump through additional hoops whenever their liquid assets far outweigh the credit limit.
