Everything went very smoothly except for one issue that arose on day of closing. We received an email at approximately 2:00am the morning of the closing that was titled, Easy Sign Closing Documents. That email indicated a password would be sent in a separate email which we did not receive. Fortunately, at closing the paralegal suggested that we try using the last four digits of our social security number which ending up working. Unfortunately, we had to review and sign all of these documents on our cellphones. To do that we had to leave the Attorney office to find a wi-fi connection. Other than that everything went smoothly.
