Thorough and professional service. The online portal and process was easy to use. The loan managers and processors were knowledgeable and I felt very at ease. Getting a mortgage can feel overwhelming but the staff is efficient, considerate and so helpful. I never felt rushed. They kept me updated on everything I needed to provide and it was a pleasure working with them all.
