Getting underwriting to include commissions and bonuses was a big and annoying hurdle. It would have been better to get the extra documentation from work up front than to scramble for it on the last possible days.

With the stress of everything else during the option period, it was something that should not have happened without my confirmation because the appraisal was done but I had not even set a date nor paid yet. I think communication with the team when Danny is not present needs to be improved.
